Peloton is serving up a feast for All-Access, App+, and App One Members this year, with four weeks of Countdown to Turkey Burn workouts—plus, an accompanying challenge—to get you warmed up for the big day, then an impressive spread of live and on-demand classes on the holiday itself. Whether you tap in from the Peloton Bike, Tread, Row, mat, or great outdoors, you’ll be in good company with our millions-strong community in kicking off the holiday season.

Countdown to Turkey Burn
Wish the magic of Turkey Burn lasted more than one day a year? You’ve got it. This year, leading up to Thanksgiving, we’re offering a 4-week Countdown to Turkey Burn cross training program to get you psyched and ready to sweat with the Peloton family.
Here’s how it works: The Countdown to Turkey Burn program includes three strength classes, two cardio classes, and one mobility class per week. You wrap up your week of training with an optional long cardio workout of 60+ minutes, and one rest day. For all the cardio workouts, you can choose between runs, rides, and rows. Mobility can be done any day of the week.
Each week follows the same format:
Day 1: Full Body Strength
Day 2: Cardio Power
Day 3: Core Strength
Day 4: Full Body Strength
Day 5: Cardio Endurance
Day 6: Rest or optional Cardio Endurance (60+ mins)
Day 7: Rest or optional Cardio Endurance (60+ mins)
You can choose to do your long cardio workout on either Day 6 or 7—just make sure you’re taking at least one rest day per week. And don’t forget mobility! Take the 15 min Countdown to TB Mobility Class with Andy (from Nov. 5) at least once per week, either on your rest day or as part of your workout warm-up or cooldown.
You’ll find all these new Countdown to Turkey Burn classes—plus, instructor-recommended workouts for your long cardio days—in the Countdown to Turkey Burn Collection on your Peloton Bike, Tread, Row or the Peloton App. Commit to the Countdown to Turkey Burn Challenge and complete 18 classes from the collection to earn a special badge. If you miss any of the Live or Encore Countdown to Turkey Burn classes, don’t sweat it: You can still take them on demand anytime after they premiere.

Live Classes
7:30 AM ET: The Feast: 45 minutes, 6 unstoppable instructors, 1 epic full-body workout. Meet Adrian, Andy, Logan, Rad, Rebecca and Tunde on the mat for a strength class to celebrate.
9 AM ET: The Run: Hit your stride on the Tread with Kirsten (teaching her first-ever Turkey Burn Run!) as part of our millions-strong community.
10 AM ET: The Ride: The class that started it all. Hit the Bike with Robin to pedal into the most festive time of year.
11 AM ET: The Row: Join Ash for the grand finale of our live Turkey Burn line-up, the newest addition to our annual celebration.
On-Demand Classes
20 min Fit Family with Jess & Special Guest: Hit the mat together for a Fit Family cardio session, including a special guest.
30 min Outdoor Turkey Trot with Matt: Take it outside for a classic Turkey Trot—but bring Matt along to guide you.
10 min Outdoor Post-Meal Walk with Marcel D: Come back after dessert for a Post-Meal Walk in the great outdoors.
Peloton's Turkey Burn is more than a workout; it’s a celebration of what we can achieve together, united by movement.
