With so many Peloton announcements rounding out 2025, there’s a lot to take in. From new instructors on the team to exciting class drops, catch up on the Peloton happenings you might have missed this month. Plus, get ready to kick off the New Year with a streak challenge that’ll motivate you to keep working toward your goals as you ring in 2026.
New Challenge: 100 Day Streak
If you’ve made a New Year’s resolution to stay active—or you simply want to keep your daily streak going and rack up those Club Peloton points—our new streak challenge can help get you there. Complete any activity (yes, meditation counts!) on the Peloton App, your Peloton equipment, or Strength+ each day from January 1 to April 11, and you’ll get a badge (and special rewards!) to show off the accomplishment.
New Instructors: Johanna Ricouz, Zacharias Niedzwiecki, and Greta Dopp
Whether you’re a yoga devotee or you’ve never stepped on the mat, we think you’ll love our three new instructors: Johanna Ricouz, Zacharias Niedzwiecki, and Greta Dopp. These three powerhouses are teaching classic yoga flows you know and love, and additionally helping us expand our Power Flow and Yoga + Pilates offerings. Plus, Johanna and Greta will join team Pilates to bring you more core-burning classes, and you’ll soon be able to take kettlebell and traditional strength classes with Zacharias. Learn more about our new instructors, check out their on-demand classes, and watch the schedule for more to come from these fresh faces.
New Program: Upper Body Rehab: Anterior Shoulder Stabilization
In this new Program made in collaboration with experts from Hospital for Special Surgery, Members can get guidance on how to build their strength following anterior shoulder stabilization or bankart repair surgery. Over the course of 30 weeks, instructor Adrian Williams guides workouts that help those in recovery slowly increase daily movement. With exercises that help build mobility, stamina, and confidence, these classes can support a safe transition back to a regular fitness routine. (Note: These classes are not intended to take place of traditional rehab. Always follow your doctor and/or physical therapist’s instructions regarding movement and exercise following surgery or injury.) Find the classes in the Programs tab on your Peloton App and equipment.
New Class Type: Sculpt Flow
Sculpt Flow is the perfect fusion of yoga and strength. In this dynamic new class type (which you’ll find under Yoga in the Peloton on-demand library), you’ll grab a set of light weights to blend traditional yoga flows and poses with intentional strength movements. Expect high repetition movements, isometric holds and pulses to amp up the intensity. Get ready for an extra-sweaty burn that’ll tap into breath and movement to leave you feeling strong.
New Apparel: Peloton x Terez
Get your fix of bold prints and classic silhouettes with Drop 2 of our Peloton x Terez collaboration. Terez was founded by Zara Terez Tisch (a longtime Peloton Member!), and the brand was built for bright moments—whether that’s sweating it out in a tough class, spending time with loved ones, or kicking back for some pure relaxation. No matter what your speed is, the limited-edition collection of leggings, tees, hoodies, and more will help you do it in style.
