New Collection: Rebecca’s HiLit Training Plan
Instructor Rebecca Kennedy is a huge fan of high-intensity, low-impact training (HILIT). So much so that she’s created a 4-week, progressive training program to guide you through the method, build muscle and conditioning, and progress your fitness week after week. You’ll do a combination of Tread power walks and hikes, strength training, mobility, Pilates, and low-impact cardio for a total of 5 days each week, then take two days off for recovery. Plus, we launched an Peloton Official Team, so Members can share updates, get inspired, and move together throughout the program. Find the classes in the Collections tab on your Peloton App and equipment.
New Browse Category: Pilates
You might have noticed a lot more Peloton Pilates popping up lately. But with so many classes to choose from, narrowing down the options can take a little scrolling. Not anymore! We’ve added a new Pilates browse filter to help you find the exact class you want, whether you’re looking to filter by the time you have to workout, the class type, or your favorite instructor. Check out the new filter in the class tab on the Peloton App, web, TV, or on your Peloton equipment.
