Fortunately, Peloton can help: Not only will a ride get your heart pumping and endorphins flowing, but the elite instructors and killer playlists can take your day from dreary and blah to sunny and energized. Here, some of the best classes to instantly brighten your day, according to Peloton Members.

Cody Rigsby’s 45 Minute Pop Ride from February 20, 2020 gave me LIFE,” raves one Member. “The playlist, and Cody was on fire with his commentary.” With music from pop icons like Madonna, Janet Jackson, Paula Abdul and Britney Spears, this class will take you back to a simpler, bubblier time and immediately improve your mood.

Alex Toussaint’s 45 Minute Club Bangers Ride from March 14, 2020 took me back to college nights in the club,” says one rider. Songs like Flo Rida and T-Pain’s “Low” and Lil Wayne’s “Back That Azz Up” will have you dropping it low as you run it out.

One Member throws it back to Jess King’s 45 Minute The Hero’s Ride from October 17, 2016. On this unique ride, Jess leads you through The Hero’s Journey, a narrative in which a hero goes out on an adventure, has experiences and returns home changed and better for it—you’ll come out on the other side feeling like anything is possible.

“I just did Emma Lovewell’s 30 Minute Coldplay Ride from November 21, 2019 and it was everything I needed!” cheers one rider. Riding this wave of Coldplay hits, including “Viva La Vida”, “Clocks”, and “A Sky Full of Stars”, is sure to leave you feeling mellow and full of joy.

“Just did Cody Rigsby’s 30 Minute Intervals and Arms Ride from April 1, 2020,” shares a Member. “I laughed so hard at his banter and the music was super fun, lots of Latin spice. Plus it was a good challenging ride with a little Tabata.”

Ally Love’s Sundays with Love Ride from March 29, 2020 brought me so much joy!” cheers one Member. Tune into any of Ally’s 30 Minute Sundays with Love rides and you’re guaranteed an inspiring and uplifting class.

Multiple Members rave about Robin Arzon’s 30 Minute The Greatest Showman Ride from November 16, 2018. With tracks from The Greatest Showman: Reimagined album, featuring covers by Panic! Channel your inner little monster on Cody Rigsby’s 30 Minute Lady Gaga Ride from January 16, 2020, a favorite of many riders. With hits like “Born This Way”, “Bad Romance”, “Poker Face” and “Just Dance”, Cody and Gaga will transport you to a place of pure delight—and help you burn a few calories while you’re at it.

And a personal favorite of mine: Christine D’Ercole’s 30 Minute P!nk Ride from November 8, 2019. The ride was just tough enough, and P!nk’s voice and lyrics are so powerful and inspirational. When it was done, I felt transformed and ready to tackle anything that came my way!
