It’s many’s lifelong dream and goal to run one of the Abbott World Marathon Majors, including the iconic TCS New York City Marathon. With the rise in popularity of running—and more specifically, racing—just getting accepted to run races like the TCS NYC Marathon can be a feat. For the 2024 race, which takes place on November 3, just 4 percent of applicants were accepted. According to producer New York Road Runners (NYRR), the race received nearly 165,000 applications, the second most in the race’s history.

But whether you received a coveted bib or not, you can still race or train on the TCS New York City Marathon course thanks to an exclusive partnership between Peloton and NYRR. Starting today, the course is available in a scenic, immersive experience, only on the Peloton Tread and Peloton Tread+.

Run the TCS NYC Marathon Course with Peloton

The NYRR Collection on Peloton is a series of scenic classes shot on-course to bring the magic of the TCS New York City Marathon to life. Train as if you were on the real course with auto-incline functionality that lets you feel the changes in gradient on your Tread or Tread+. Using available information about the course and terrain, Peloton’s team of experts mimicked the fluctuations in the course to create a first-of-its-kind experience.

The best part? Every type of runner can get in on the fun, whether you’re training for a marathon, half marathon, or just want a new running challenge, we’ve got a run for you. Do the full marathon course at pro-speed during the 2.5-hour scenic class, or experience different sections of the course in smaller, 30-minute segments through each of the five boroughs.
