From yoga and meditation to brain breaks and shadowboxing, find a family-friendly workout that suits you, your kids, and even their grandparents as you work together to stay fit at all stages of life. All Peloton family classes must be taken using an adult’s Peloton member login and under adult supervision. Look for Family in the class type filter under Meditation, Yoga, and Cardio on the Peloton App or your Peloton equipment.
