Here’s what you need to know about our refreshed schedule.

You asked, we listened. Many of you have told us that you’re looking for ways to stay and keep consistent in your routine. Beginning Monday, August 22, we’re refreshing our schedule with more ways to support you in your fitness journey. Here’s what you can look forward to with our refreshed schedule.

More consistency. More structure.

We’re blocking out disciplines at regular days and times so you can plan your week accordingly. Monday through Thursday is all about consistency for your week —tune in for these times, including our newest disciplines.

  • STRENGTH ROLL CALL: Monday through Friday | 7:30 AM EST

  • BARRE: Mondays and Wednesdays | 9:30 AM EST

  • PILATES: Tuesdays and Thursdays | 9:30 AM EST

  • WALKING: Monday through Friday | 10:00 AM EST

  • TREAD BOOTCAMP: Monday through Friday | 12:00 PM EST

  • SHADOWBOXING & BOXING BOOTCAMP: Monday through Friday | 12:30 PM EST

Live studio days

Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, we’ll be broadcasting live member classes from PSL & PSNY. Tune in, feel the energy, and experience these community “must-see” moments!
