From walks and runs to hikes and bootcamps, Peloton offers a large variety of treadmill workouts. You can find walk-run classes, power walks, and hiking treadmill workouts within the Walking discipline. Hikes use your treadmill’s incline to mimic the experience of walking on a trail; some benefits of incline treadmill walking include helping to burn calories and get your heart rate up while remaining low-impact. For running, try intervals, hills, endurance, or speed runs. Don’t miss walks and runs featuring your favorite artists’ music in Peloton’s Artist Series classes. With a Tread Bootcamp class, you’ll do circuit training with sections of running, walking, or hiking along with strength training, which can be focused on the upper body, lower body, full body, or core. You’ll also find treadmill recovery workouts for lighter days. These classes and more are available on the Peloton App to use with any treadmill.
