The Made for Travel collection of Peloton classes includes equipment-free workouts across many disciplines. Outdoor walks and runs are a great way to get out and enjoy your vacation spot while staying on track with your fitness. You can also try some mat exercises that don’t use equipment, including shadowboxing and no-equipment workouts. Bodyweight training can be as effective as lifting weights if you find yourself without a gym. Sometimes, travel can be stressful. Try a relaxing meditation or get grounded with a yoga flow. Without a mat? Try some chair yoga instead.
