We think there are tons of reasons to visit a Peloton store—getting answers to your questions, feeling out the equipment for yourself in-person, and trying out new features while a Peloton Expert is there to help troubleshoot are just a few. Whatever reason gets you into the store, we know you’ll have an excellent experience.

What Are Peloton Stores?

Peloton stores are retail locations where you can try and buy the new Peloton Cross Training Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, and Row+ in-person. Whether you want to ask our Peloton Experts a few questions, give the equipment a look before you buy it, or get in a sweaty workout, Peloton stores are the place to do it. Our Experts are exactly as their title suggests—any question you have, they’ll be able to answer it. And if they don’t have the answers, we guarantee they’ll go far and wide to figure it out for you. Plus, you can shop Peloton Apparel in select locations, ensuring you’ll look stylish while you sweat it out.

What to Expect When You Visit a Peloton Store

Your experience at a Peloton store can be whatever you want it to be. Want to chat with an Expert to decide if a Tread or Tread+ is better for the space you have? You can do that. Interested in taking a Cody Rigsby class on the Bike+ to see if it’s everything you expected (and more)? That’s an option. And if you want to walk around, look at the shiny equipment in person, and then head home? Yep, you can do that too. These are just some of the reasons why we recommend visiting a Peloton store.

Get Your Questions Answered

When you enter a Peloton store, you can expect to be greeted by one of our Peloton Experts, whether or not you have an appointment. They’ll walk you through our equipment, ask some questions about what kind of experience you’re looking for and what your overall fitness goals are, and answer any initial questions you have.

Compare Your Options

Making the choice between Bike and Bike+ can sometimes feel impossible. In store, you’ll be able to see the equipment side-by-side, test both out, and decide what works for you. Whether you’re curious about certain features that differ or worried about space constraints, Peloton stores help make the decision that much easier.

Try Out Equipment

If you’re into it, our store team can set you up for a test ride, run, walk, or row. (If you book an appointment, you’re guaranteed to have a time slot for this. If you didn’t and all the equipment is in use, our Experts can advise you on when to come back to get your test done and dusted.)

Our Experts will help you pick the best class based on your preferences, including class type and music. Take a 10, 20, or even 30 minute class to get the full Peloton experience and see what our equipment has to offer. Worried about sweating it out in front of a mall full of people? On our store locator, you’ll be able to see if the store you’re visiting has a private or semi-private area for test classes.

Build Your Cart

We think a test class is all you need to be convinced of the magic of Peloton. If you’re ready to make a purchase then and there, our Experts can guide you through the process and our financing options, plus advise on any accessories or add-ons you might want to consider.

  1. Visit the store locator to find the store you want to visit, then select Book an Appointment.

  2. Select which equipment you’re interested in learning more about and/or trialing.

  3. Select your desired appointment time.

  4. Enter your contact information and any additional information you’d like the store team to know about for your visit (i.e. if you’re specifically looking to compare Bike and Bike+ or want to learn more about financing).

  5. Submit the appointment request and wait for your confirmation email.

  6. A few days before your appointment, you’ll receive a call from a Peloton Expert at the store you’re visiting. They’ll walk you through what you’ll need for the appointment (like clothes you can workout in) and answer any pre-appointment questions.
