There’s already a lot to love about being a Peloton Member—access to thousands of classes taught by expert instructors, Programs and Personalized Plans to help you meet your goals, a vibrant community to keep you accountable, and so much more. But now, we’ve released even more features for Members like you to stay on track, such as a new loyalty recognition system and more seamless integration with your favorite fitness apps and wearable trackers. Make the most out of your Membership and explore these new features and experiences, now available to Peloton Members.

Homescreen Updates

If the homescreen on your Peloton equipment looks a little different—ta-da!—we’ve updated it to include many of the new features that come with your Membership. All-Access Members will now see more recommendations for what classes to try based on previously set goals (or Personalized Plans) and past activity, plus performance stats to help you optimize your fitness routine. Don’t have a goal set up yet? You can add one from your equipment homescreen or join a Personalized Plan in the Peloton App at any time. You’ll also find new features like your Club Peloton level (more on that in a sec!). It might take a minute to adjust to the new look, but we know you’re going to love the insights you’ll find displayed on your new-and-improved homescreen.

Peloton IQ

The most advanced Peloton IQ features come alive on our new Cross Training Series Bike+, Tread+, and Row+, but all Peloton All-Access Members will have access to certain features to help level up the Peloton experience.

Personalized Plans

Personalized Plans take your workout preferences, time constraints, and overall fitness goals into account to provide you with an actionable weekly roadmap to get you where you want to go. There are now four goals to choose from: Get Stronger, Support Weight Goals. Boost Cardio Fitness, and Promote Longevity. Plus, we added more disciplines, including hiking and HIIT, to Personalized Plans, so you can enjoy even more variety in your workouts. Whether you’re aiming to get stronger, faster, healthier, or just stay consistent, these game-changing, tailored-to-you plans can help you get there.

Cardio Performance Estimates (Bikes and Treads Only)

No need to guess if a class will be a challenge or a breeze for you—this new feature will provide personalized guidance based on your performance in past rides, walks, or runs. Cardio performance estimates—available on the Original and Cross Training Series Bikes and Treads—are personalized difficulty ratings for each class, so you’ll have a better idea of if a class will let you take it easy or push you to your limits. You’ll also see some target metrics to shoot for, like output and distance, so the short-term goals you’re chasing down in your workout feel more realistic and attainable based on your current fitness level. (Note: You’ll need to have completed at least three recent workouts of the same discipline to see cardio performance estimates.)

Weekly Insights

Peloton IQ takes your workout performance and routine into account to provide a new set of data-driven insights and feedback every week. These actionable tips will help guide your progress, so you know exactly what to do next to keep up the momentum. For example, if you crushed your running goal last week, Peloton IQ might suggest longer or more intense treadmill workouts that’ll help you level up. (Note: You’ll need to have completed at least three recent non-meditation workouts to receive insights.)

Personalized Recommendations

Next time you're trying to decide on a class, let Peloton IQ take the reins. You’ll now get suggestions for classes based on your preset goals, preferences, and workout history. With every workout, your recommendations become sharper, helping you discover new ways to train and meet your goals. (To receive personalized recommendations, you’ll need to select a fitness goal on your hardware or enroll in a Personalized Plan, and you’ll need to complete at least five recent non-meditation workouts.)

Club Peloton

In addition to scoring you high fives, your commitment to yourself, your goals, and your community now gets you more recognition. Club Peloton celebrates your journey—including the workouts you’ve completed in the past. You’ll be awarded points by keeping streaks alive, adding a variety of classes to your routine, supporting your fellow Members, and more. As you level up, you may unlock exclusive profile badges and special surprises for all your hard work. With this new feature, staying connected and consistent is a breeze.

Fitness App and Wearable Integration
