Karen Boone
Karen Boone has served as a member of our board of directors since January 2019. Boone most recently served as the President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Restoration Hardware, Inc., a home furnishings company, from May 2014 to August 2018 and as Chief Financial Officer from June 2012 to May 2014. Prior to that, from 1996 to 2012, Boone held various roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP, a public accounting firm, most recently as an Audit Partner. Boone currently serves on the Board of Directors of Sonos, Inc., Rivian Automotive, Inc., and several other private companies. Boone holds a B.S. in Business Economics from the University of California, Davis.

Chris Bruzzo
Chris Bruzzo has more than two decades of experience working for global consumer brands and holds extensive knowledge in marketing, brand management, digital strategy, communications, retail, and interactive entertainment. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Experience Officer of Electronic Arts, an American video game company, from 2014 to 2023. Prior, Bruzzo served in various brand, marketing and communications roles, including SVP of Channel Brand Management for Starbucks Corporation, VP of Marketing and Public Relations for Amazon.com, and Assistant VP of Communications for Regence Blue Shield. He currently sits on the board of directors of Boot Barn Holdings, Inc., a public retail company, and is a member of the Latino Corporate Directors Association. Bruzzo holds a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Whitworth University.
Chief Legal Officer
Tammy Albarrán
Tammy Albarrán is the Chief Legal Officer of Peloton, having held the role since October 2022. As the Chief Legal Officer, Albarrán oversees the global legal, compliance, security and policy teams at Peloton, utilizing her expertise to provide strategic counsel to protect the company, employees, data, assets and stakeholders. Prior to joining Peloton in 2022, Albarrán oversaw Uber's global legal teams and was a driving force behind the company's cultural transformation. Albarrán also served as a securities litigation and investigations Partner at Covington & Burling LLP. While at Covington, Albarrán partnered with former Attorney General Eric Holder to lead the investigation of Uber’s workplace culture. Albarrán received her Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and Spanish language and literature from The University of California, Berkeley in 1996 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Harvard Law School in 1999.Albarrán (Peloton Leaderboard: Chief_PeLawTam) lives on the Jersey Shore with her husband Dan and their three children, Elena, Rey, and Max. Chief People Officer
Dalana Brand
Dalana Brand is the Chief People Officer of Peloton, having held the role since March 2023. As the Chief People Officer, Brand oversees the global people team at Peloton, utilizing her expertise to continue the company’s journey to make fitness accessible for all.
With experience in fostering employee engagement and leading with transparency and accountability, Brand manages the company’s overall strategy for people operations, total rewards, talent acquisition, talent management, team member development, team member relations, DEI, and ESG, to create elevated people experiences, an equitable and inclusive culture, and support Peloton’s growth and goals as a company.
Prior to joining Peloton in 2023, Brand served as the Chief People and Diversity Officer at Twitter, where she led the company's global workforce and accelerated the progress toward expanding Twitter’s decentralized work strategy and creating an inclusive environment for employees around the world. Brand also held leadership roles at Electronic Arts and Whirlpool Corporation.
Brand received her Bachelor of Arts degree in finance from Michigan State University in 1995 and her Masters of Business Administration in finance and human resources in 2001. Brand currently serves on the board of Compass Family Services, Enterprise for Youth and ColorComm.

Chief Product Officer
Nick Caldwell
Nick Caldwell is the Chief Product Officer of Peloton, having held the role since November 2023. As the Chief Product Officer, Caldwell oversees global product development for Peloton, leading the hardware and software product teams to create new, innovative products and features for Members around the world. With a proven track record of building and scaling products and services that excite customers, drive business growth, and deliver impact, Caldwell is helping to push the company into new areas of innovation.
Prior to joining Peloton in 2023, Caldwell was already considered a Silicon Valley veteran with more than 20 years of global leadership experience. He has held roles as the General Manager for Core Technologies at Twitter, led Reddit through hyper-scale as the Vice President of Engineering, spent thirteen years at Microsoft, culminating in a role as General Manager of the Power BI product family, and served as the Chief Product Officer at Looker, acquired by Google.
Caldwell received his Bachelor's degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Masters of Business Administration from U.C. Berkeley Haas. He sits on various boards including: HubSpot, a publicly traded company specializing in CRM; and Bitly, the market leader in URL shortening and analytics.

Chief Emerging Business Officer
Dion Camp Sanders
Dion Camp Sanders is the Chief Emerging Business Officer of Peloton, having held the role since September 2022. As the Chief Emerging Business Officer, Sanders leads the company's Global Retail, Commercial, Corporate Wellness, International, Pre-Owned Refurbishment, and Precor lines of business, and the Corporate Development, Strategic Partnerships, and PMO functions. As Peloton strives to connect the world through connected fitness and wellness, Sanders leads growth strategy for the company and helps to shape and drive Peloton’s overall business.
Prior to joining Peloton in 2019, Sanders held various executive positions within the consumer internet and digital media sectors, including roles serving as EVP, Corporate Development at Leaf Group, 4.5 years serving as VP, Emerging Businesses at The Walt Disney Company, and a 5-year stint within operating businesses of IAC/InterActiveCorp.
In addition to his role at Peloton, Sanders also serves on the Board of Directors at Hyatt Hotels Corporation and the Board of Directors at Daily Harvest, Inc.
Sanders attended Stanford University and earned a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996. He also earned a JD from the Pepperdine School of Law and an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2000.

Chief Financial Officer
Liz Coddington
Liz Coddington is the Chief Financial Officer of Peloton, having held the role since June 2022. As the Chief Financial Officer, Coddington oversees the financial management of Peloton, utilizing her expertise to help drive growth and operational excellence with the company.
With over 20 years of experience in financial planning and operational finance, Coddington leads finance teams to provide strategic analysis to help facilitate important financial decision-making for Peloton as it evolves as a company.
Prior to joining Peloton, Coddington held senior leadership roles at Amazon Web Services, Adara and Walmart. Additionally, she led financial planning and analysis at Netflix for over five years. Coddington received her Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1998 and received her Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2003.

Chief Content Officer
Jennifer Cotter
Jennifer Cotter is the Chief Content Officer at Peloton since May 2019. As content lead, Cotter’s role encompasses the oversight of a team of approximately 550 global team members across Content Production, Studios, Events, Apparel/Accessories and Music. Her vision has led to the production of over 25 thousand classes in the Peloton library. Cotter was integral in growing the Peloton offering from 3 to 16 fitness modalities of fitness types. This strategy has positioned Peloton to pivot and continuously serve our Members as the business and community behavior evolved.
Within Peloton, Cotter is a culture carrier and a member of the Executive Team, DEI, Risk and ESG steering committes. She serves as the lead for key athlete, artist and celebrity relationships, apparel collaborations and music partnerships, and works to infuse the unique Peloton point of view into different Peloton Studios series such as LOL Cody, Sundays with Love, ‘Your Best Self’ with Ashton Kutcher, surprise celebrity events with Beyonce, Lizzo, and more, and partnership collaborations with Liverpool and colleges and universities. In addition to creating the inspirational content that Peloton Members know and love, Cotter oversees the New York and London content production teams, the recently launched @PelotonStudios social channel.
Cotter's top priority is understanding and meeting the Peloton community’s needs, in class, in studio and in our music and apparel offerings.
Prior to Peloton, Cotter spent her recent career in various senior Content and Marketing roles, and as an award-winning producer. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Seton Hall University.

Chief Supply Chain Officer
Andrew Rendich
Andrew Rendich is the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Peloton, having held the role since March 2022. As the Chief Supply Chain Officer, Rendich oversees the global supply chain for Peloton, member support and IT, helping the company continue to improve operations to best serve its ever growing community of Members. As a leader with over 30 years of experience in the supply chain field, Rendich manages the sourcing, procuring, planning and strategy, along with the manufacturing and distribution of Peloton products and services.
Prior to joining Peloton, Rendich served as Chief Operating Officer at Grove Collaborative, a leading socially responsible company transforming personal care and home products. Additionally, Rendich has held operations and supply chain management and executive roles at Netflix, Eat Just, Good Eggs and Walmart. Rendich received his degree from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology and Rochester Institute of Technology and currently serves as an advisor to Grove Collaborative and Returnity Innovations.

Lauren Weinberg
Lauren Weinberg is the Chief Marketing Officer of Peloton, having held the role since January 2024. As the Chief Marketing Officer, Weinberg leads the marketing team at Peloton, overseeing brand, creative and product marketing, global growth marketing, strategic partnerships, social and creator marketing, consumer insights, membership, and global communications.As Peloton continues its transformative journey, Weinberg will play a central role in broadening reach, appeal, and impact for Peloton, while amplifying Peloton’s mission and commitment to inclusive fitness.Prior to joining Peloton in 2024, Weinberg was the Chief Marketing Officer at Quickbooks. Prior, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Square for 6 years where she oversaw global marketing and communications, tasked with scaling growth globally and shifting perceptions of the brand. Weinberg also held marketing leadership positions at Yahoo, MTV, and AOL, where she oversaw various functions across consumer and B2B marketing.Weinberg received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Emory University.Weinberg (Peloton Leaderboard: lil_laur) lives in Short Hills, NJ. Jay Hoag
Jay Hoag has served as a member of our board of directors since August 2018. He has been a venture capitalist and technology investor for nearly 40 years, co-founding Technology Crossover Ventures and serving as General Partner since June 1995. To date, TCV has raised more than $15 billion in capital and emerged as a leading provider of growth capital to technology companies. Hoag currently serves on the board of directors of Tripadvisor, Inc., Zillow Group, Inc., and Netflix Inc. and several private companies. He also previously served on the board of directors of various public companies, including Electronic Arts until August 2021. Hoag holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan.

Jon Callaghan has served as a member of our board of directors since April 2015. Callaghan is a founder and Managing Member of True Ventures, a venture capital firm, where he has served since January 2006. Prior to True Ventures, he served as a Managing Director at Globespan Capital, a venture capital firm, and as a Managing Partner at CMGI@Ventures, CMGI Inc.’s affiliated venture capital group. Callaghan served on the board of directors of Fitbit, Inc. from September 2008 to May 2018 and currently serves as a member of the board of directors of several private companies. He holds a B.A. in Government from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Angel L. Mendez
Angel L. Mendez is Executive Chairman of the Board of LevaData Inc., a privately held, artificial intelligence company focused on supply chain management. He also serves on two other public company boards: Kinaxis, which specializes in supply chain planning solutions; and Sleep Number, a sleep technology company. He previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer of HERE Technologies from 2016 to 2020. From 2005 to 2015, he was a senior executive at Cisco Systems, where he led the company's corporate transformation program as well as its global supply chain. Earlier in his career he served in senior roles at Palm Inc., Gateway Inc., Citigroup, and in various executive positions at Allied Signal Aerospace and GE. Mendez earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Lafayette College and an MBA from the Crummer School at Rollins College.

Pamela Thomas-Graham
Pamela Thomas-Graham has served as a member of the Peloton Board of Directors since March 2018. She is the Founder and CEO of Dandelion Chandelier Digital Media and served as the Lead Independent Director of the board of The Clorox Company until February 2021. She also serves as a Director on the boards of Bumble; Rivian; and Compass. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Harvard College, Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, Thomas-Graham is a C-Suite executive with global expertise in multiple consumer-facing industries. The first black woman to be elected Partner at global consultancy McKinsey & Co, she worked for 10 years as a leader in the firm’s Consumer, Retail and Media practices. Previously, Thomas-Graham served as global Chair and CEO of CNBC Television and CNBC.com, Group President at Liz Claiborne, Inc., and an operating partner in private equity. Most recently, she was Chief Marketing and Talent Officer, head of Private Banking Wealth Management New Markets, and a member of the Executive Board at the global financial services firm Credit Suisse.
