Wir freuen uns, euch heute unseren neuen Lauf-Trainer für Deutschland vorzustellen: Marcel Maurer. In seinen Läufen wird er euch helfen, eure Technik, Atmung und Körperspannung zu verbessern und dabei jede Menge Spaß zu haben. Es erwarten euch also Lauftrainings, in denen ihr Energie tanken könnt und die ihr mit einem Lächeln beendet.

„Technik ist wichtig, genau wie Atmung und Körperspannung –ich möchte unsere Community unterstützen, noch besser zu laufen.“

Als ehemaliger Fußballer weiß Marcel, wie wichtig Teamwork und Support für ein erfolgreiches Training sind. In seinen Lauf-Kursen zeigt er dir, wie du Schritt für Schritt Fortschritte machst und wie glücklich ein erfolgreiches Training machen kann. Freu dich auf Lauftrainings voller positiver Energie, guter Musik und einem ganz besonderen Team-Spirit.

Wenn Marcel gerade nicht trainiert, verbringt er viel Zeit mit seiner Freundin und seinem Hund Hugo. Sein Laster: Eiscreme – täglich gönnt er sich mindestens eins!

Introducing Marcel Maurer—our new running instructor for Germany.

Today we are pleased to introduce our new running instructor for Germany: Marcel Maurer. In his runs, he will help you improve your technique, breathing and body tension while having a lot of fun. So you can expect running sessions where you can recharge your batteries and finish with a smile.

“Technique is important, breathing, posture—I want to make our members better at running.”

As a former footballer, Marcel knows how important teamwork and support are for a successful training. In his running classes, he shows you how to progress step by step and how happy a successful training can make you. Look forward to tread workouts full of positive energy, good music and a special team spirit.

When Marcel is not working out, he spends a lot of time with his girlfriend and his dog Hugo or eats ice cream — he treats himself to at least one every day!

“I want our Members to free their mind and end the workout with a smile.”

No matter if you are training for your next goal or just want to give it all at the end of the day—Marcel makes every run a positive experience.
