She holds a personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), as well as specializations in fitness nutrition and behavior change. Prior to Peloton, she had worked as an editor for Shape and Popsugar and written for brands including Well+Good, Self, Equinox, Glamour, and Travel+Leisure.
