Join Ally Love for 20 min Pop Barre, a low-impact, high-energy class designed to strengthen and energize your body. This barre class combines lifting and lowering, pulsing, and isometric holds to target your muscles effectively. Set to pop music, the session will keep you motivated throughout. While focusing on movements, you'll work on your hips, glutes, and obliques. Experience a balanced and invigorating workout with Ally Love.
