Join Ross Rayburn for a 30 min Focus Flow Hamstrings class designed to engage, strengthen, and open up your hamstrings. This intermediate-level yoga session features a series of poses such as Triangle Pose, Standing Straddle Forward Fold Pose, High Lunge Pose, and Warrior 3 Pose. You'll also work through Standing Forward Fold Pose, Vasisthasana, Downward Facing Dog Pose, and Child's Pose. The class continues with Pyramid Pose, Revolved Triangle Pose, Half Hero Pose, and Hanumanasana, and concludes with Head to Knee Pose, Seated Forward Fold Pose, and Windshield Wipers Pose. Enjoy the flow with a pop music soundtrack that complements the movements and enhances your practice.
