If I finance my purchase with Affirm, then return my equipment, will I be responsible for a return fee?

Yes. If you’re a first-time Bike, Bike+, Tread, Tread+, or Row purchaser, you’ll have up to 30 days from your delivery date to try your Peloton equipment at home. If you wish to return your order, you must return it in like-new condition, and you'll receive a pickup and refund, excluding the return fee. Customers are directly responsible for any incurred return fees, which will not be deducted from your Affirm loan.
