Join Logan Aldridge for 30 min Glutes & Legs Strength, an intermediate-level class designed to target the largest muscles in your body. This lower body strength & toning workout focuses on your glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Move to the beat of hip-hop/rap music as you work through each exercise.
