Kick off your week with the 20 min Strength Roll Call Full Body class led by Rebecca Kennedy. This intermediate-level, full-body strength and toning workout is designed to target every major muscle group. As part of day 1/5 of your Weekly Roll Call strength regimen, you'll engage your glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Enjoy the motivating beats of hip-hop/rap music throughout the session.
