Join Matt Wilpers for the 30 min Endurance Run. This outdoor endurance running class will have you moving through a structured workout. Begin with a 5 min warm up, followed by 24 mins of running intervals, and end with a 1 min cool down. The class is set to electronic music to keep you motivated throughout.
