Join Matt Wilpers for the 30 min Progression Run, an outdoor speed training session designed to help you steadily increase your pace. In this class, you will progressively run faster, finishing at a higher speed than when you started. It's a great way to challenge yourself and build self-confidence. The session lasts for 30 minutes and is structured to push your limits. Lace up your running shoes and get ready to enhance your running performance with Matt.
