Join Olivia Amato for the 30 min Pop Fun Run, an outdoor music run that combines fitness with some of her favorite pop songs. This 30 minutes class includes a 3 minutes warm-up to get you started. You'll then engage in 26 minutes of running, enjoying the rhythm and energy of the music. The class concludes with a 1 minutes cooldown to help you wind down. It's a great way to stay active with the guidance of Olivia.
