Join Cliff Dwenger for the 30 min Bootcamp Full Body class. This intermediate-level workout combines cardio and strength training for a balanced fitness experience. Clip in for heart-pumping intervals on the bike, then grab your trainers and mat for full-body moves on the floor. You'll work your glutes, quads, and hamstrings while enjoying a pop music playlist.
