Join Kristin McGee for a 20 min Power Flow class designed for intermediate participants. In this power yoga session, you will flow at a faster pace with added poses and repetition of movements to help build strength. The class includes segments such as Boat Pose, Sun Salutations, High Lunge Pose, Warrior 3 Pose, Lizard Pose, and High Side Plank. Enjoy the rhythm of pop music as you move through each pose. This class is recommended for students with previous yoga flow experience.
