Join Adrian Williams for 30 min Strength Roll Call Glutes & Legs. This intermediate-level class focuses on lower body strength and toning, specifically targeting your glutes, quads, and hamstrings. Tuesday is leg day, and this class ensures the largest muscles in your body get the attention they deserve. The hip-hop/rap music will keep you motivated throughout the session.
