30 min Champion Row is led by Alex Karwoski. Train like a champion with Alex Karwoski and 2024 Olympic Gold Medalist, World Champion Rower, and Peloton team member Nick Mead. This music/theme rowing class features pop music to keep you motivated. The class focuses on working your glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
