Join Susie Chan for the 20 min Beginner Run, an outdoor endurance running class. This beginner-level class is designed to help you work up a sweat. The session includes a 3 minutes warm-up, 16 minutes of running, and concludes with a 1 minutes cool down. Enjoy running to the beats of pop music throughout the class. This is a great way to get started with your running journey under the guidance of Susie Chan.
