Join Matt Wilpers for the 20 min Recovery Run. This outdoor endurance running class features a 2.5 minutes warm-up, followed by 16.5 minutes of running intervals, and concludes with a 1 minutes cool down. Throughout the session, you'll be accompanied by electronic music to keep you motivated. Matt will guide you through each step of the way. Lace up your shoes and get ready to run!
