Join Christine D'Ercole for the 45 min Power Zone Ride, a structured workout designed to help you train smart with 7 zones of output customized to your fitness level. This power zone class focuses on performance improvements in zones 3-6 on the power zone training scale of 1-7. You'll work on enhancing your endurance and strength while riding to the beat of alternative music. The class targets key muscles including your glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
