Join Christine D'Ercole for the 30 min Power Zone Endurance Broadway class. This power zone class is designed to help you train smart with 7 zones of output customized to your fitness level. The focus will be on building aerobic endurance with intervals in zones 2 and 3. Enjoy a selection of pop music to keep you motivated throughout the session. This class will work your glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
