Join Jess Sims for the 30 min Hip Hop 50 Bootcamp, a theme bike bootcamp class that celebrates the 50th anniversary of Hip Hop in collaboration with Rock the Bells. This 30 minutes class takes you on a journey through some of the best beats in Hip Hop history. Designed to work your quads, glutes, and hamstrings, this session combines cycling and strength training for a comprehensive workout. Enjoy the energetic atmosphere and motivating music as you push through each segment. This class is led by Jess Sims, who will guide you through every step of the way.
