Join Kendall Toole for the 20 min Pop Ride, a music cycling class designed to enhance your performance. Train smart with 7 zones of output customized to your fitness level. This class targets performance improvements in zones 3-6 on the power zone training scale of 1-7. Enjoy energetic pop music as you ride. This session focuses on your hamstrings, quads, and glutes.
