Join Matt Wilpers for the 20 min FTP Test Ride, a power zone class designed to help you get the most out of your training. In this session, you will aim to produce your highest average output for 20 minutes. The resulting average output can then be used to help you set your power zones. This class will engage your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Whether you're looking to enhance your cycling performance or just enjoy a structured workout, Matt's guidance will keep you focused and motivated.
