Join Bradley Rose for the 20 min Day of Persons with Disabilities class. In this 20 minutes theme ride, Bradley shares some of his own personal journey and acknowledges all those with disabilities in recognition of International Day of Persons with Disabilities. The class features pop music to keep you motivated throughout the session. This ride focuses on working your hamstrings, quads, and glutes. Bradley Rose will guide you through this meaningful and engaging experience.
