Join Charlotte Weidenbach for the 20 min Beginner Ride, a class designed to help you get to know your bike. This session focuses on proper cycling form and technique, providing you with essential tips to enhance your ride. Enjoy the alternative music genre as you pedal through the workout. Although it's a beginner class, it will still work your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Practice makes perfect, and this class will also introduce you to the Leaderboard.
