Join Ally Love for the 20 min Beginner Ride, a class designed to help you get more comfortable on the Bike. You'll learn proper indoor cycling form and technique while sweating it out to pop music. This beginner-level class aims to guide you in tackling your Leaderboard goals. Although it's a cycling class, it will still engage your glutes, hamstrings, and quads. Take this opportunity to progress with practice under Ally's expert guidance.
