Join Erik Jäger for the 60 min Power Zone Endurance Ride, a power zone class designed to help you train smart. This class targets performance improvements in zones 3-6 on the power zone training scale of 1-7. You'll work your glutes, hamstrings, and quads as you ride to the beat of electronic music. The structured training zones ensure you get the most out of your workout. Erik's guidance will keep you focused and motivated throughout the 60 minutes session.
