Join Matt Wilpers for the 30 min Power Zone Ride, a power zone class designed to enhance your performance. Train smart with 7 zones of output customized to your fitness level. This class targets performance improvements in zones 3-6 on the power zone training scale of 1-7. Enjoy hip-hop/rap music as you work through the ride. This session focuses on glutes, hamstrings, and quads.
