Join Erik Jäger for the 15 min HIIT Ride, a powerful and efficient high-intensity intervals class. This workout relies on short bursts of anaerobic exercise mixed with recovery periods to give you a heart-healthy experience. The class features electronic music to keep you motivated throughout.
