Tread+ dimensions are: 75" L x 37" W x 70" H. However, the total space needed to do workouts safely on your treadmill is larger than that; you should have at least 78.7” of clearance directly behind the Tread+ and 24” of clearance on each other side.
Make sure your ceiling height is at least 7'. We recommend having at least 24" of space between your head and the ceiling for the best experience.
