If you’re a first-time Bike, Bike+, Peloton Tread Flex, Peloton Tread Vision, Peloton Tread+ Vision, or Row+ purchaser, you’ll have up to 30 days from your delivery date to try your Peloton equipment at home. If you wish to return your order, you must return it in like-new condition, and you’ll receive a pickup and refund, excluding the return fee. Customers are directly responsible for any incurred return fees, which are not eligible for HSA/FSA funding or reimbursement.
