Yes, Row+ comes with a Limited Warranty, fully covering the touchscreen and other original components for up to 12 months, and the Row+ frame for up to 5 years. Replacement parts covered under warranty can only be shipped to the United States (restrictions may apply in remote areas, which may include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S Virgin Islands, and ferry-only accessible locations). Your new Row+ will be delivered to your home to your room of choice. If you’re choosing expert assembly, the delivery team will place it in the spot you've already picked out, finish assembly, connect it to power and Wi-Fi and walk you through the basics—getting you up and rowing in no time.

Note, our team will not install the Upright Wall Anchor. We strongly recommend hiring a third-party for this installation if this is a feature of the Row+ you wish to use.

Expert assembly includes delivery to the room of your choosing and comprehensive setup from professional service providers. Your equipment will be unpacked, inspected for damage, and assembled. Once assembly is complete, all packaging materials will be removed and disposed of.

If you’re ordering multiple pieces of equipment, your assembly selection in cart will apply to all products in your cart. For instance, if you’re purchasing an item where expert assembly is required, and have additional equipment in your cart, all items ordered together will default to expert assembly. To access different assembly options across multiple products, you’ll need to place a separate order.

For eligible equipment, you’ll be able to select either self-assembly or expert-assembly at checkout. Order changes from expert assembly to self-assembly are not possible after an order has been placed. Self-assembly can be upgraded to expert assembly after delivery by contacting Peloton Member Support. Additional fees will apply.

Self-assembly includes free delivery to your room of choice, but does not include unpacking, equipment assembly, or packaging removal. Once your order arrives, you’ll receive a QR code that links you to a video guide and instructions for self-assembly. To complete assembly, you’ll need a flat, even surface.

Peloton Row assembly information.

After placing your order for new Peloton equipment, eligible customers can request haulaway service from Peloton’s trusted third-party provider, Dolly by Taskrabbit. A Member rate of $155 will be applied.

Eligible items for removal include any standalone piece of exercise equipment that can be safely removed from your home, like treadmills, stationary bikes, stair machines, and ellipticals. Equipment can be from Peloton or other brands.

Most old equipment can be hauled away with an average lead time of 5 days prior to your delivery arriving. Equipment removal services are available in most zip codes within the continental United States. Some restrictions apply. Learn more.
