We recommend a room with at least 60 cm of space to the left, right and front of the Tread, and 2 m of space to the back for storing and training. The ceiling height minimum for a treadmill from Peloton is 51 cm greater than the user’s height.

The Limited Warranty offered by Peloton fully covers the touchscreen and most original components for up to 12 months, the Tread drive motor and walking belt for up to 3 years and the Tread frame for up to 5 years. Replacement parts covered under the Limited Warranty can only be shipped to the United Kingdom. To prepare for a quick and seamless delivery of your Peloton Tread, it’s recommended to clear the access route from the entrance of your delivery location to your room of choice as well as the final set up area for the treadmill. We strongly recommend positioning your Tread in a room with extra space, so you can work out both on and off the Peloton Tread.

In order to save time and to start working out right away once the delivery is complete, set up your Peloton user account prior to the delivery of your Tread. You can do this by visiting members.onepeloton.co.uk as soon as you’ve placed your order, logging in using the same email address you used to purchase your Peloton Tread.
