Join Kirra Michel for 45 min Power Yoga, an intermediate-level class designed to challenge and invigorate. In this power yoga class, you will flow at a faster pace, focusing on building strength through added poses and repetition of movements. The class features a sequence of Rock Star Pose for 32 minutes and Downward Facing Dog Pose for 10 minutes. Recommended for students with previous yoga flow experience, this session is set to an electronic music genre to keep you energized.
