Join Denis Morton for the 30 min Flamenco Yoga Flow, a vinyasa-style yoga class that links movements with the breath to the rhythm of Flamenco. In this class, you will flow from one pose to the next, developing strength, flexibility, and balance. The class includes segments such as Sun Salutations, Sun Salutations B, Tree Pose, Half Moon Pose, Bridge Pose, and Supine One Leg Twist Pose. Enjoy classical music as you hone your inner focus in celebration of LHHM. This session is designed to offer a comprehensive yoga experience.
