In the 20 min Yoga Flow class, led by Ross Rayburn, you'll experience an active, vinyasa-style yoga session. We will flow from one pose to the next, linking movements with the breath. The class will help you develop strength, flexibility, and balance. It is designed for beginners and features alternative music. The class includes segments like Sun Salutations, Sphinx Pose, and Bow Pose.
