Join Becs Gentry for a 45 min Progression Run designed to steadily increase your speed over the course of the session. This endurance class will help you finish faster than you started, building your confidence as you discover your ability to run through fatigue. The focus will be on working your hamstrings, quads, and glutes. Enjoy an energetic session accompanied by electronic music to keep you motivated.
