Join Tobias Heinze for the 30 min Progression Run, designed to steadily increase your speed over the duration of the class. This endurance session will have you finishing faster than you started. The class features alternative music to keep you motivated throughout. During the run, you'll work on muscles such as calves, hamstrings, and quads. Get ready to challenge yourself and improve your running performance.
