Join Hannah Frankson for the 30 min Progression Run, a 30 minutes endurance class designed to steadily increase your speed over time. This class will challenge your hamstrings, calves, and quads as you work through the run. Set to an energetic hip-hop/rap playlist, you'll find yourself motivated to push harder with each passing minute. The structure of the class ensures you finish stronger and faster than you started. Discover your ability to run through fatigue and build your confidence with each step.
