Join Rebecca Kennedy for the 30 min Hiking Bootcamp Full Body, an intermediate-level class designed to challenge and engage you. This low impact bootcamp alternates between steep hiking intervals on the Tread and strength training on the floor. You will work on your hamstrings, calves, and glutes throughout the session. The class aims to improve your confidence, endurance, and power. No running required!
